Description
The Premier System Float RN - Advanced Care/Critical Care is a full-time day-shift nursing role covering 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. across the Northern or Southern Region. The RN provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families, applies the nursing process and evidence-based practice, and rotates to acuity-specific units to help cover staffing shortages. The position requires an associate degree in nursing, a valid Ohio RN license, current CPR at hire, and recent acute-care acuity-specific experience; a BSN is preferred.
