Description
The System Float Registered Nurse provides medical-surgical and advanced-care nursing in a Premier Nursing Staffing Pool, rotating to acuity-specific units to support staffing shortages. The role partners with patients and families, advocates for their needs, applies evidence-based nursing practice, and collaborates with regulatory standards. It is a full-time 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. position with 72 hours per pay, requiring an associate degree in nursing, a valid Ohio RN license, current CPR, and 1–3 years of clinical RN experience in advanced care, including recent acute-care acuity-specific experience.
