Wave is hiring a Premium Agent Network Officer in Abidjan to identify, select, set up, train, and manage a network of premium agency outlets across Côte d'Ivoire. The role oversees outlet approvals, contracts, licensing, branding, agent performance, maintenance, equipment, and partner relationships, with frequent travel to upcountry. It is a permanent position requiring at least two years of similar experience, French and English fluency, and work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire; health insurance, parental leave, subsidized childcare, airtime reimbursement, and other benefits are offered.
