Description
The Premium Audit Technician evaluates, approves, completes, and processes mail, phone, and waiver audits; researches classifications and policy changes; communicates audit findings and concessions to internal and external customers; manages workflow in PAM; estimates audits; and mentors other Premium Audit Technicians. The role requires at least 30 credit hours in an accounting, business, insurance, finance, or related field, two years of relevant technical or administrative office experience, and strong communication, organizational, analytical, and computer skills.
