The Premium Lead Server oversees food and beverage service in all Premium areas, including sideline clubs and picnic areas, ensuring high-quality hospitality and adherence to company policies. This role involves setting up service areas, managing inventory, assisting with special events, and directly supervising team members during both routine and event-based operations. It is a seasonal, hands-on service position requiring strong organizational skills, customer service abilities, and proficiency in food and beverage menu items.
