Description
Prep Cook position at Zippy’s (FCH Enterprises Inc.) in Pearl City, Hawaii, responsible for supporting kitchen staff with meal and ingredient preparation, food labeling and stocking, ingredient washing/chopping/sorting, waste reduction, stock rotation, inventory coordination, and maintaining a safe, sanitary, organized workspace. The role is non-exempt and requires availability for assigned shifts, basic math and writing, English communication, and prior culinary experience or education preferred.
