Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Prep Cook for its Culinary team. The role prepares cold food items for the line, pantry, and/or production area; maintains production estimates, leftovers, refrigerators, work areas, food rotation, buffet setup and breakdown, and production charts. The position requires attention to detail, a passion for food, physical work, organizational skills, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The expected starting rate is $17.95 per hour plus service charge eligibility, with benefits, RSP matching, flexible scheduling, property discounts, and an onsite gym.
