Prep Cook at Flagship Facility Services

Flagship is hiring a Prep Cook to prepare ingredients and food items in large volume for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. The role includes knife and cutting-machine work, basic cooking, portioning, merchandising, quality control, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and inventory rotation. The position is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., pays $33.00 per hour, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K match, and vacation and sick days. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of prep or equivalent experience, an active ServSafe Handlers’ Card, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
