Gracious Hospitality Management is hosting an open call hiring event for Prep Cooks at 550 Madison in New York City for its new dining destination. The role supports back-of-house kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, setting up and sanitizing workstations, following recipes and food safety standards, and assisting chefs during service. The position requires English communication, strong organization, knife skills, knowledge of sanitation and food handling, and at least 1+ year of similar experience preferred; a culinary arts degree and familiarity with Korean cuisine are preferred.
