Description
The Prep Cook prepares ingredients according to restaurant recipes, portion specifications, and food-safety standards; chops, portions, measures, labels, stores, and rotates ingredients; maintains clean and sanitary workstations; and coordinates with kitchen staff to meet service needs. The role requires at least one year of high-volume prep-cooking experience, weekend availability, and preferably upscale-dining experience, and pays $20 per hour based on experience.
