Jawbone Group LLC is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team in Missoula, MT. The Prep Cook will be responsible for prepping food, assisting line cooks, and maintaining a clean work environment. This includes washing, chopping, and preparing various ingredients, measuring and labeling them, and preparing basic menu items like sauces and dressings. The role also involves setting up and stocking stations, breaking down stations post-service, and ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Additionally, the Prep Cook will handle equipment operation and maintenance, inventory organization, teamwork, and communication.
