Level99 is hiring a Prep Cook for its West Hartford, Connecticut location, which is opening in late fall. The role supports the restaurant by preparing food, following recipes and par levels, maintaining sanitation and kitchen organization, communicating ordering needs, and meeting delivery expectations. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of prep-cooking experience in a high-volume food and beverage business, strong organization and communication skills, flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work extended shifts and perform physically demanding tasks.
