On the Go is hiring a Prep Cook for its YYZ Airport location at $21.13 per hour. The role prepares ingredients and food to temperature, portion, and plating specifications; supports back-of-house and fast-casual lines; maintains sanitation and equipment organization; and requires knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation. Applicants must be at least 18, fluent in English, have 1–2 years of culinary experience, obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days, be able to lift 35 pounds or more, work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather, and be mobile and able to stand, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
