Pura Vida Miami is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients according to recipes and kitchen needs, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, supporting chefs with food preparation tasks, adhering to food safety guidelines, operating kitchen equipment, assisting with inventory control, and performing daily cleaning tasks. They must also support with receiving deliveries and be willing to cross-train across various restaurant roles.
