Description
The Prep Cook prepares food items for cooking, assembles dishes, follows recipes, maintains a clean and organized kitchen, restocks supplies, collaborates with kitchen staff, and follows food safety and sanitation guidelines. The role requires prior experience in a scratch kitchen, knowledge of kitchen health and safety rules, strong communication, teamwork, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliability. Preferred qualifications include a culinary degree or diploma, brunch-restaurant experience, and flexible availability for weekends and holidays.
