Description
The Prep Cook supports kitchen operations by preparing, cooking, and portioning food; maintaining and using kitchen equipment; following recipes and mise en place standards; storing products correctly; keeping knives and stations clean; and supporting hospitality and catering needs. The role requires at least one year of line cook experience, the ability to stand or walk for long periods, and English fluency, with additional languages preferred. The position offers $18 per hour and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
