Description
The Prep Cook will prepare food items for daily service at Manhatta, a seasonal restaurant and full-service event space in Lower Manhattan. The role supports kitchen teamwork, executes prep assignments efficiently, maintains a clean and organized prep station, and uses basic food preparation and kitchen equipment. Prior full-service restaurant prep experience is preferred but not required, and the position offers an hourly rate of $17–$19, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and other benefits.
