Compass Group is hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK at the National Academy of Sciences in Washington, DC. The role prepares food according to recipes and production schedules, follows HACCP and sanitation procedures, maintains food records, serves customers, and completes orders from steam tables and grills. Previous cooking experience is required, and the position offers a Monday-through-Friday schedule, training, a uniform, and a free shift meal. The pay range is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
