Compass Group is hiring a full-time Prep Cook for Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. The role prepares food according to recipes and production schedules, follows HACCP and sanitation procedures, maintains food records, serves customers, and operates and cleans kitchen equipment. Applicants need at least two years of food preparation and cooking experience. The schedule is Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with pay of $13.50 to $17.00 per hour.
