Moravian Manor Communities is hiring a full-time Prep Cook for its Owl's Nest Restaurant at the Warwick Woodlands campus in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The role works 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with availability for every other holiday and occasional alternate hours. Responsibilities include preparing food according to sanitary and recipe standards, assisting with breakfast service, estimating food quantities, dishwashing, cleaning equipment and work areas, and supporting special functions. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have at least one year of general food-service and preparation experience or on-the-job training; knowledge of nutrition, modified diets, banquets, buffets, garnishing, sanitation, and food safety is preferred or required, with ServSafe certification preferred.
