Description
The Prep Cook II – Runner supports high-volume meal production by preparing, cooking, and portioning menu items, transporting up to 200 hot pans weighing up to 100 pounds daily, maintaining food temperatures and sanitation, storing leftovers, assisting with deliveries and inventory, and supporting commissary and mission work. The role requires physical ability to lift, push, pull, climb, and work in hot or cold conditions, along with food-safety knowledge and strong math, reading, writing, and analytical skills. The salary is $18.50-$20.00 per hour with bi-weekly pay periods.
