Description

88 Tactical is hiring a Prep Cook / Line Cook for its Founders Club culinary team. The role prepares proteins, vegetables, sauces, dressings, garnishes, and other food items; completes prep lists; sets up and stocks stations; cooks menu items; manages orders; maintains food quality, safety, sanitation, and inventory standards; and supports lunch, dinner, banquet, catering, and special-event service. Typical shifts are 7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with weekends, holidays, and additional shifts available. The position offers health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, along with other benefits.
