The role prepares food according to recipes and production schedules, follows HACCP and sanitation procedures, maintains food records, serves customers, and handles customer concerns. Applicants must have four years of catering chef experience; the schedule is Monday through Friday with hours that may vary, and the pay range is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour.
