Description
Monarch Landing is recruiting a part-time Prep Cook for its Community Culinary Services Department. The role performs full-scope hands-on production cooking, including meal preparation, ingredient prep, inventory labeling, food safety and sanitation, and kitchen cleaning. The position works Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and pays $18 per hour. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of high-volume food-prep experience, a ServSafe or equivalent food-service sanitation certificate within 90 days of hire, knowledge of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures, knife-handling skills, and flu vaccination.
