The role supports the Production Supervisor by monitoring line flow, assisting with trailer placement and parts verification, performing hands-on production work, guiding and cross-training team members, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating with other department leads. Candidates need trailer manufacturing experience, drawing and measuring-tool knowledge, hand and power-tool operation, leadership ability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
