Fruidor is hiring an As Preparation Team Leader at its Mions ripening facility near Lyon to coordinate and optimize banana order preparation across robotic, manual, clamp-truck, and repacking workshops. The role supervises approximately 15 order preparers and line operators, manages schedules, product compliance, traceability, performance reporting, cleanliness, and occasional hands-on preparation, and reports to the warehouse manager. It is a permanent full-time blue-collar position with a weekday schedule, no remote work, and an annual salary of €25,000–€30,000.
