Description
The Preparer supports food-product production by weighing ingredients, preparing production stages, following food-safety and hygiene rules, maintaining a clean workplace, and coordinating with the Control Room Operator and colleague-preparer. The role requires a TSO/BSO diploma in a food-technical field, Dutch fluency, flexibility across a four-shift system, and the ability to lift up to 25 kg. It is based in Izegem and pays a gross hourly wage of €27.56, including shift premium, with meal vouchers, seniority premium, holiday pay, pension, and other benefits.
