Strivector Corp is hiring a full-time, permanent Preprint Superintendent to lead production operations at a client’s Indianapolis preprint facility. The role oversees daily manufacturing, employees, safety and OSHA compliance, quality, productivity, staffing, inventory, vendors, and continuous improvement across printing, finishing, and shipping operations. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing supervisory experience, strong production leadership and process-management skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree and preprint or related manufacturing experience are preferred. The position is based in Indianapolis, does not offer remote or hybrid work, and includes relocation benefits.
