Twilio is hiring a Principal Presales Engineer, DACH to lead technical pre-sales for new business and strategic customers. The role partners with Account Executives, conducts technical discovery, recommends product solutions, designs and demonstrates complex communications architectures, presents to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentors less experienced engineers. It requires extensive pre-sales and technical product experience, software development or API knowledge, sales methodology experience, a technical degree or equivalent practical experience, and proficiency in German. The position is remote and based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Spain, with approximately 35% travel.
