Description
The Preschool Classroom Aide will provide one-on-one support to a preschool-aged student with communication needs throughout the school day. Responsibilities include helping the student follow routines, develop communication and social skills, engage with peers, collaborate with teachers and specialists, document progress, support transitions and self-care, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with young children, patience, empathy, communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to move throughout the classroom.
