ADAPT Community Network is hiring a Preschool Floater Teacher at the William O'Connor: Bay Ridge School to conduct adapted educational classes for special education preschool or early-intervention students, assess and prepare IFSP/IEP goals, maintain records, coordinate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and supervise Teacher Assistants. The role requires a master’s degree in special education and New York State Early Childhood certification, or a bachelor’s degree with a study plan toward the master’s and certification. The position is Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., pays $67,705.57 to $79,567.50 annually plus benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and includes classroom substitution and student-teaching supervision.
