Description
The Consumer Services Coordinator provides case coordination and consumer services for individuals in the Riverside East Area under the supervision of a Program Manager. Responsibilities include evaluating consumer progress, maintaining contact with consumers and families, providing advocacy and referrals, coordinating assessments and services, supporting crisis intervention, completing case documentation, representing the regional center at meetings, and arranging residential or community placements. The role requires a master’s degree in a related field or a bachelor’s degree plus one year of relevant experience, a valid California driver’s license, automobile use, and safe driving; bilingual skills are preferred. The position pays $26.3130–$40.8201 per hour and includes mileage reimbursement for business travel.
