Lyra Clinical Associates is hiring contract Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide whole-person, whole-family mental health care in Trenton. The role includes live 30-minute video intakes, regular follow-ups, psychiatric evaluations, risk assessments, treatment planning, patient communication, and prescription and management of psychiatric medications. Candidates must graduate from an accredited PMHNP or PA program, hold an unrestricted state license, have at least two years of practice, and be full-time residents of the United States; an active DEA license and experience with minors are preferred. The position offers a flexible schedule, clinical consultation support, and access to care navigation.
