The Preservation Program Lead will develop and manage Google’s formal Preservation Management Program within the Legal Discovery and Information Governance organization. The role leads preservation project prioritization, requirements gathering, project scheduling, stakeholder communication, technology roadmaps, documentation, metrics, reporting, and executive alignment. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, substantial experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate advisory, or related fields, executive-stakeholder experience, and cross-functional strategy experience. The role offers a US salary of $171,000–$247,000 plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits, with application locations in Austin, Chicago, Atlanta, and Boulder.
