President, Collision at Driven Brands Shared Services LLC

Driven Brands is hiring a President of the Collision segment to lead an expanding automotive collision business across multiple brands in North Carolina. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role oversees operations, marketing, strategy, growth, franchise services, training, customer satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, P&L performance, and talent development across a 40+ employee organization. Candidates should have executive or senior leadership experience, franchise leadership experience, collision-industry leadership experience, insurance-partnership knowledge, P&L delivery experience, and a strong record of developing talent. The position offers an annual base salary of $196,500 to $350,900, performance-based bonuses, profit sharing, and health and wellness benefits.
