Description
The Press Brake/Laser Technician will report to the Shop Supervisor and set up, program, calibrate, and operate press brake and CNC laser cutting machines to form and cut precision sheet-metal parts. The role includes interpreting blueprints, verifying tolerances, inspecting cut quality, adjusting equipment, securing tooling and fixtures, and supporting production workflows. It requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and communication skills, safety awareness, blueprint-reading ability, manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to work in a noisy, physically demanding manufacturing environment with possible overtime and flexible scheduling.
