Description
The role coordinates sheet-metal fabrication activities, including setting up dies, punches, and programs for automatic and manual press brakes; operating press brakes; calculating bend allowances and deductions; reading blueprints; and working with basic fabrication equipment. The position requires a high school degree or GED equivalent, the ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic geometry and measurement calculations, and regular work in a fabrication environment. It is a second-shift position from 2:30 to 11 PM, with a 10% shift differential and eligibility for a retention bonus for full-time employees hired before December 31, 2026.
