Description
The Press Brake Operator will set up and operate manual and/or CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts according to blueprints, work orders, and production specifications. The role includes selecting and adjusting tooling, inspecting and measuring parts, monitoring production quality, maintaining records, performing basic machine maintenance, and following safety procedures. Candidates need education or equivalent experience, at least 2–4 years of relevant assembly or fabrication experience, communication skills, and willingness to work the third shift after initial day-shift training.
