Impact Fab is hiring a full-time 3rd Press Brake Programmer/Operator in Holland, Michigan. The role programs, sets up, and operates CNC press brakes to produce accurate formed parts, interprets blueprints and GD&T, performs in-process inspections, troubleshoots basic issues, and supports quality, setup efficiency, scrap reduction, and lean initiatives. The schedule is 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, with a long weekend each week. Candidates should have 3–7 years of press brake operation experience in a fabrication environment, CNC press brake programming experience, familiarity with steel, stainless, and aluminum, and strong blueprint-reading skills.
