The role involves monitoring press parameters, maintaining equipment and work areas, recording production and quality data, inspecting and trimming products, processing pads through cooling, palletizing finished items, and following safety, environmental, and quality system requirements. The schedule is a 3-2-2-3 rotation from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with manufacturing or machine operation experience.
