The Offset Press Operator sets up, adjusts, operates, and maintains single- or multi-color offset presses; performs make-ready, color correction, press adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs, and periodic maintenance. The role requires knowledge of offset printing procedures, equipment, safety requirements, job specifications, packing pressure, plate alignment, and feeder adjustments. The stated pay is $21.80 per hour, with possible overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay, plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and other benefits.
