Description
RRD is hiring an Offset Press Operator to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain single- or multi-color offset presses. The role includes make-ready tasks, plate and cylinder checks, color and register adjustments, press cleaning and lubrication, minor repairs, and periodic manufacturer-recommended maintenance. The operator must work the 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. night shift and have knowledge of offset printing procedures, equipment, safety requirements, job specifications, packing pressure, micrometer alignment, and feeder adjustments. The stated hourly salary range is $21.00 to $29.41, with possible overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay; benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, a 401(k) match, life insurance, and other supplemental coverages.
