Description
Micro-Tronics is hiring a Press Operator (1st Shift) to set up and operate rubber molding equipment, perform in-process inspections, maintain quality and traceability, complete production documentation, and support safe and efficient manufacturing operations. The role requires at least one year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic blueprint and inspection skills, and the ability to follow instructions and troubleshoot quality or process issues. The first shift runs Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the position includes medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
