RRD is hiring an Offset Press Operator to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain offset printing presses. The role includes make-ready tasks, plate and cylinder checks, color and register adjustments, press cleaning and lubrication, minor repairs, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance. The position works the third shift from Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a stated hourly salary range of $20.19 to $33.78, a $3 per hour shift premium, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. The role requires knowledge of offset printing procedures, press capabilities, materials, safety requirements, and equipment maintenance.
