RRD is hiring an Offset Press Operator to set up, adjust, operate, and maintain offset printing presses. The role includes make-ready tasks, plate and cylinder checks, color and press adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs, and periodic manufacturer-recommended maintenance. Candidates need thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials, equipment, safety requirements, job specifications, and precise control adjustments, including micrometer plate alignment. The role pays $27.34–$39.29 per hour and follows a rotating 7 a.m.–7 p.m. three-days-on-four-days-off schedule.
