Description
The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining offset printing presses, including make-ready tasks, plate and cylinder installation, color and register adjustments, production-quality checks, cleaning, lubrication, minor repairs, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance. The role also trains and mentors employees and requires knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials, equipment, safety requirements, job specifications, press settings, and micrometer-based plate alignment. The stated hourly salary range is $24.41 to $31.99, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
