MCC is hiring a Press Operator Assistant to support the setup and operation of printing presses for label production. The role assists with make-ready and changeover activities, ink-pan and ancillary equipment cleaning, plate and die handling, quality-assurance documentation, workspace organization, and overtime as assigned. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, related experience or training, and the ability to read job tickets, measurements, colors, and computer data; print-shop experience is helpful but not required.
