Description
The Press Operator produces molded pad sheets by operating a hydraulic press with a high-heat process. The role involves starting and monitoring press cycles, loading and unloading materials, inspecting pads for defects, recording production and scrap data, monitoring temperature, and reporting equipment problems. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, English communication, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and around moving mechanical parts.
