Description
The Press Operator sets up, operates, monitors, and maintains hydraulic forming presses, hydroforming equipment, and related fabrication machinery used to produce precision aerospace components. The role includes cleaning and washing parts, ensuring continuous production, inspecting completed parts, maintaining quality standards, documenting operational issues, and coordinating with supervisors and coworkers. A high school diploma or GED is strongly recommended, along with strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment.
