Freedom is hiring a full-time Commercial Web Press Operator for its Aurora, Illinois production facility on the third shift. The role operates commercial web presses, sets up and monitors printed materials, troubleshoots production issues, mentors operators-in-training, and supervises assigned employees. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of printing press experience, including knowledge of four-color process, UV curing, plow-folds, and ink-jet personalization.
